The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate for the national currency. As a result of trading on July 20, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.8203 lari. The current exchange rate was 2.8281 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the dollar exchange rate against the national currency amounted to 0.78 tetri.
The euro devalued, the exchange rate of which is 2.8697 lari. While the current exchange rate was 2.8994 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the euro exchange rate amounted to 2.97 tetri.
The Turkish lira depreciated to 0.1603 lari, while the British pound depreciated to 3.3748 lari.
The exchange rates determined as a result of today's trading will come into effect on July 21st.
