Advisor to the head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, Mikhailo Podolyak, said that after the Ukrainian army received HIMARS, panic began in the Russian army.

“The Russian army started to panic as soon as we received HIMARS. Under their attack are logistics centers and ammunition depots, as well as tactical decision-making centers. That is, all this causes panic (among the Russian occupiers) and all this is felt by people on the ground. They understand that soon everything will be different,” Podolyak said.
