„Georgia achieved great results in many ways, there is absolute consensus about this in the regions, however this does not mean that the country should be content with the achieved results. For example, Uzbekistan spent a lot of time observing and studying the Georgian reform process and emulated it as well. This means that Georgia will have to live under conditions of greater competition. On the one hand, I congratulate you on the results achieved; on the other hand, I call on you not to maintain the same speed and to continue developing“.
