Lari continues to strengthen - exchange rate

The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate for the national currency. As a result of trading on July 28, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.7703 lari. Today's rate was 2.7791 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the dollar exchange rate against the national currency amounted to 0.08 tetri.
The euro depreciated, the exchange rate of which is 2.8071 lari. While the current exchange rate was 2.8208 GEL. Accordingly, the change in the euro exchange rate amounted to 0.01 tetri.
The Turkish lira depreciated to 0.1545 lari, while the pound strengthened and will cost 3.3565 lari.
The exchange rates resulting from today's trading will come into effect on July 29.
