It is important that this idea was supported by the leaders of the National Movement, most of the heads of regional organizations and members of the sakrebulo. The leader of the party expressed readiness for the elections, which is gratifying and important. As a result of a conference for several days, together with friends and comrades, I decided to take part in the elections and propose my candidacy to my supporters. I accept this challenge not against anyone, but to strengthen the National Movement. I accept this because a strong, active National Movement and a real, militant, uncompromising opposition will return,” Khabeishvili said.
