The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on September 3, the US dollar strengthened to 2.6971 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.6935 lari.
The euro also strengthened, reaching 3.1397 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1336 lari.
The Turkish lira strengthened as well, with its value amounting to 0.0655 lari.
The rate established as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on September 4.
