The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on August 21, the US dollar strengthened to 2.7068 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.7000 lari.
The euro also strengthened, with its rate reaching 3.1532 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1450 lari.
The Turkish lira also gained strength, with its value set at 0.0661 lari.
The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on August 22.
