Lari continues to strengthen — exchange rate

The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on September 24, the US dollar depreciated to 2.7110 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.7141 lari.
The euro also fell, with its rate set at 3.1860 lari, compared to today’s rate of 3.2007 lari.
The Turkish lira weakened as well, with its value at 0.0654 lari.
The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will take effect on September 25.
