Lari strengthens — exchange rate

The National Bank of Georgia has set a new currency exchange rate. Following trading on September 4, the US dollar depreciated to 2.6936 lari. Today’s rate was 2.6971 lari.
The euro also fell, with its rate standing at 3.1394 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1397 lari.
The Turkish lira depreciated as well, its value amounting to 0.0654 lari.
The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on September 5.
