Lari Strengthens — Exchange Rates

The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. Following trading on September 2, the US dollar depreciated to 2.6935 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.6940 lari.
The euro also depreciated, with the rate standing at 3.1336 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1579 lari.
The Turkish lira likewise fell, with its value amounting to 0.0654 lari.
The rates established as a result of today’s trading will take effect on September 3.
