The latest data on the victims of the Russian strike on Kyiv was published by President Zelensky, citing Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko. Eight people are reported missing, 23 residents were killed — including four children — and 53 people were injured. Today has been declared a day of mourning in the Ukrainian capital.

According to Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, search and rescue operations in Kyiv continued non-stop for more than 30 hours. Thousands of Interior Ministry personnel and units were involved, rotating every few hours, with hundreds of pieces of equipment, robots, and aircraft deployed.

Seventeen people, including four children, were rescued from under the rubble.
