Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga sharply responded to the call by Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó to stop threats against Budapest and attacks on the country’s energy infrastructure.
Earlier, Szijjártó had urged Ukraine to cease threats against Budapest and attacks on infrastructure critical to the country’s energy supply, which Hungary considers an assault on its sovereignty.
“I will respond in the Hungarian manner. You do not need to tell Volodymyr Zelensky what to do and what to say, and when… Hungary’s energy security is in your own hands. Diversify energy supply sources… just like the rest of Europe,” Sibiga wrote on his page on social network X.
