Lari Strengthens Against the Dollar — Exchange Rate Update

The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. As a result of trading on August 6, the US dollar depreciated and is now valued at 2.6993 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.7013 lari.
The euro also strengthened, with its new rate set at 3.1317 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1184 lari.
The Turkish lira remained unchanged, with its value at 0.0664 lari.
The exchange rates set as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on August 7.
