Lari Strengthens — Exchange Rate

The National Bank of Georgia has set a new exchange rate. According to the results of trading on July 30, the US dollar depreciated and amounted to 2.7067 lari. The rate in effect today was 2.7070 lari.
The euro also fell in value — its new rate is 3.1230 lari. Today’s rate was 3.1344 lari.
The Turkish lira remained unchanged, with its value at 0.0667 lari.
The exchange rate established as a result of today’s trading will come into effect on July 31.
