“When we ask what exactly the ‘Georgian Dream’ party has done in the interest of Russia or how it has strengthened Russian influence in Georgia — no one can give a concrete answer,” said Levan Machavariani, Deputy Chair of the "Georgian Dream" parliamentary faction.

First and foremost, Georgia itself can be cited as an example — since 2011, when Mr. Bidzina entered politics, this same type of propaganda has been waged by Deep State agents — both by Euro-bureaucrats and domestic actors — claiming that there are some sort of Russian connections.
